First you fill in the online form, then we advise you free of charge. After that our expert visits you at home and looks at the situation on site. Installation and commissioning follow only after that. Your personal contact arranges the appointment with you — we ask for your preferred time frame in the form.
Orientation, pitch and shading determine what makes sense on your roof — we ask for this in the form and get a first assessment from it. However, that cannot be assessed bindingly from a distance, which is why our expert looks at the roof on site. For the most common roof types we manufacture the mounting system ourselves: T1 for tiled roofs, M1 for trapezoidal sheet, F1 for flat roofs.
Storage is mainly of interest if you use a lot of electricity in the evening and at night — that is, when the modules deliver nothing. If you use electricity mostly during the day, it matters less. Our energy packages include individually adapted storage; we discuss which size suits your consumption during the consultation.
A PV system is largely low-maintenance — there is hardly anything for you to do day to day. The yields of your system can be tracked via the inverter, so you notice if something is wrong. What exactly is included in terms of monitoring in your package, we clarify during the consultation.
Only a registered electrical contractor may register the grid connection with the grid operator. In addition, every system must be entered in the Federal Network Agency’s Marktstammdatenregister — that obligation lies with you as the operator. We record in writing who handles which step in your case before installation.
The system is permanently attached to the building and, as a rule, stays with the house — how it is treated contractually in an individual case is governed by the purchase agreement. You and the new owner report the change of operator together: the system is transferred in the Marktstammdatenregister and the grid operator is informed.
We install the photovoltaic system and connect it. For the on-site expert check and for the connection inside the house we need access and therefore your presence — your personal contact arranges the appointment with you beforehand.
We are a manufacturer: the mounting system on your roof — T1, M1 or F1 — comes from our own production in Germany. Planning is done with our own software, oneClick. That gives you one contact who knows the mounting system on your roof down to the screw.
