5 parts for south, 6 for east-west – that's your complete bill of materials per module row. The aerodynamic profile works with the wind instead of fighting it, so it needs far less ballast. That eases the load on the roof structure and makes even low-reserve roofs viable.

A complete module row is built from just five to six components. Fewer parts mean less planning, less logistics and noticeably faster installation.

Aerodynamics Instead of Ballast

The flow-optimised profile deflects the wind by design and reduces the wind load on the system. As a result only little ballast is needed – protecting the roof's structural capacity and making elevation possible even where heavy weighting is not an option.

Tool-Free Click Montage

Three steps to a finished array: assemble the frame, click in the modules, ballast. The substructure snaps together without tools – only the clamps are driven home with a cordless screwdriver. No loose bolts, no hunting for nuts, just noticeably more speed.

PLANNING CERTAINTY WITH ONECLICK

The F1 is purely ballasted – with no drilling or penetration of the roof membrane. A protection mat under every base foot spreads the load and shields the waterproofing. Your roof warranty stays intact – on bitumen, membrane and gravel alike.

SMART BALLASTING

Ballasting uses standard off-the-shelf blocks (20 × 10 × 6 cm) – up to three per base rail, either directly in the rail or in optional ballast carriers and trays. The system adapts to any roof and load situation.

CERTIFIED QUALITY

Certified to EN 1090-1 (EXC2) and manufactured from ZM-coated steel, with clamps and small parts in 1.4301 (V2A) stainless steel. Made in Germany, shipped from Hamburg – with a 25-year warranty.

Aerodynamic PV elevation for flat roofs

On a flat roof, the elevation system determines both the yield and the safety of the photovoltaic system. The F1 flat-roof system from CLICKWERK aligns the modules aerodynamically and uses the wind instead of working against it – which saves ballast and protects the roof statics.

With just a few components – base element, base foot, centre and end clamp as well as connecting element – it forms a low-ballast, material-saving construction. The tool-free click assembly makes the build quick and uncomplicated, whether in south or east-west orientation.
